The Hubble Space Telescope was launched 30 years ago, has provided scientists with as many as 1.4 million observations so far, and is expected to continue working for at least another 10 years. To commemorate the occasion, NASA and the European Space Agency have released an image depicting two nebulae within the Large Magellanic Cloud.
