Gardens may be returned to KoolSci anytime at owner’s expense for recycling.
In the case a wrong product is shipped, please contact – website – for resolution. These will be handled on a case by case basis by our customer service team.
We offer domestic shipping on all website items at KoolSci. All domestic shipping will ship via USPS and FedEx.
KoolSci is not responsible for shipping damages or delays during the shipping process. We will do our best to work with the buyer through the claim process.
