Astronomers have detected three planets similar to Earth orbiting a sun much younger than our own within the Pisces-Eridanus stellar stream, according to findings published in The Astronomical Journal. The system is “only 120 million years old and just 400 light-years away, allowing detailed observations of this young planetary system,” notes Elisabeth Newton, who led the research.
