Voyager 2 reaches interstellar space
Voyager 2 has made the same entrance as fellow spacecraft Voyager 1 into interstellar space, according to findings presented by NASA at the American Geophysical Union fall meeting. “Now we are fortunate enough to have two very brave sentinels that have left our heliosphere and are out truly looking at the other side of the boundary in our interstellar medium,” said NASA Heliophysics Division Director Nicola Fox.
